Aqua Aura Wire-Wrapped Pendant

The beautiful blue of Aqua aura is the result of a specific treatment process, in which a quartz crystal is heated, and fine vaporized gold is bonded to the stone's surface.

Though not created through a natural process, the synergy of the quartz and gold combined are thought to bring about a new crystal of intense energy and power. 

I hand forge each lovely piece myself with its own unique intricate free-form design. I used Sterling Silver-filled wire in this piece. It’s layer of silver is hundreds of times thicker than silver-plated.

This piece is known as self-healed as there are beautiful geometric points at the top where it came away from the main cluster. As the name would suggest, Self Healed Quartz Crystals are said to assist us in the art of self healing!
