Integration

This circle is about bringing home inner parts that have experienced seperation. Some of these parts might be like tortueses with a thick shell to protect them. By bringing in more light, these parts also become translucent.

In this process we start to observe and understand these parts, which also strenghtens the connection with the source light. Holding this loving space allows everything to naturally align with source again.

In the meditation we make a deep connection with these parts, and we bring lots of light to them. We also get help from our light family in the higher dimensions.
