Crown

The crown (top of your head) is an energetic portal to source. In the old paradigm the crown is linked with status, but in the new paradigm it's unconditional love.

In this healing circle we look at ways to release old energy and receive blessings from the universe through the crown. We also use the crown as a portal for intentional manifestation.

Throughout the guided meditation there is lots of light language.
