You can opt out at any time through a link in the e-mails. We use the 'Wix' platform and the 'Mailchimp' platform for our mailing processes. By clicking on the 'Submit' button, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to Wix and Mailchimp for processing in accordance with their privacy policy.We will not use your information for any other purposes than the ones stated above.

• Site Members Privacy Policy

We may send you notices of upcoming events, offers, contests, workshops, publications, forum posts and blog posts. In comparison with the newsletter you might get more individual notifications through e-mail and/or the wix app. You can configure your e-mail notifications for the Blog and Forum.

If you sign up as a site member, and then tick the option to join with a public profile, your profile is public. (Your nickname, profile image, and public activity will be visible on our site. This information is stated under join the community, 'read more' when you sign up) See this page to control whether it's public/private at any moment.

If you like to end your site membership, please contact us. We can delete your account for you.

Store Policy

​

• We offer products and services, some of which are custom made. Custom made are for example Higher Self Portraits, Readings, Healing Sessions etc.

• We offer domestic and international shipping options, both tracked and non-tracked

• We will normally send out your order within 3 days of purchasing, unless it contains custom made products and/or services, which can take longer.

• Some Starseed Market products are made and shipped by production partners. It can take up to 28 working days to dispatch.

• Some individual products have different fulfillment, dispatch and shipping terms. In that case, please refer to the individual product description on the product page.

• If shipping is delayed please contact us as soon as possible.

• If you change your mind: we offer refunds within a 14 day period after delivery, and the buyer needs to pay for return postage. The product needs to be unused, undamaged and in it's original packaging. Goods and Services that are custom made are excluded from this refund policy. Digital Products are also excluded unless it can be proven that they have not been downloaded.

• In case there has been a defect when the product was purchased, we offer an exchange. We will arrange and pay for return postage. If more than six months have passed we will ask for photos of the defect at time of purchase.

• To apply for a refund or exchange, send us a message through the contact form or through Facebook messenger.

• To be eligible for a refund you have to tell us you would like a refund within the refund period.

• We only accept returns from the person who bought the item.

• You cannot sell our product or products on Amazon, first nor second hand. Do not put our products on Amazon.

• Wholesale orders:

  • products can only be sold in physical shops, physical practices and physical markets. You are not allowed to sell online (unless you have a specific contract with the copyright holders that gives you permission to sell online).

Paid Plans

• The paid plans give access to a collection of audio meditations and the on-line Healing Circle

• Montly Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each month

• If you wish to cancel a monthly paid plan subscription, you need to give us notice up to three days before the end of your monthly subscription period.

• You can cancel a plan by sending us a message through the cancellation form on https://www.lemurianstarchildoracle.com/buyaplan

• You can also contact us through another contact form on the website or through Facebook Messenger to give us notice that you would like to cancel.

• In case of cancellation your paid plan will be valid until the end of the subscription period.

Shipping

• Oracle Card Decks: if there is a delay greater than 25 working days* (which is very rare), we will resend your order. If the order is proven to be lost, we might be able to resend your order sooner, please contact us for more information.
  *: 25 working days after expected delivery date.

• The expected delivery date is the shortest estimate within the shipping time frame. e.g. for the US the expected delivery date is 7 working days for standard shipping 6 working days for tracked shipping.
